Alex Skuby (born October 27, 1971) is an American actor who has appeared in over 500 films and television series. He is most known for playing Doug Pruzan Esq., Carrie's boss and a lawyer at her Manhattan law firm Kaplan, Hornstein & Steckleron on The King of Queens. [1]Alex appeared in 13 episodes from 2000 till 2003. Now stars at The Fosters (2016-2018).
