Synopsis[]
Carrie learns that when they were dating, Doug lied to her about his (un)employment status to get her in bed.
Storyline[]
Doug tells Carrie that it is his tenth anniversary at IPS, but Carrie recalls that it should have been three months earlier. Concerned because of benefits, RSPs, etc. she threatens to call IPS to have the date corrected. Doug can only stop her by now owning up to why she is wrong about the date in question. The episode then flashes back to when Doug and Carrie were dating and Doug has to lie to Carrie about a job in order to further their relationship.

Trivia/Notes[]
- Note: Jerry Stller (Arthur) is credited, but is absent from the episode.
Goofs[]
- Continuity
- When Carrie drops Doug off at his fake IPS job, she pulls up on the main street. In the next shot she seems to have pulled up in an alley.
- When Doug pretends to go to work, he picks up his flannel shirt. It then cuts to a shot of Carrie that lasts about two seconds, then back to Doug and his shirt is already completely on.
- When Doug attempts to drive the fork lift, he turns it to his right to pick up some boxes. In the next shot, the lift is turned to his left, toward the loading doors.
- In this episode, the characters flash back to 10 years earlier when they first started dating. In previous flashbacks to their pre-marriage years, Doug sports a mustache. In this episode, he is clean shaven.
- Factual errors
- When Doug turns the key on the fork truck to start it, you can hear an engine start. That fork truck is electric.
- Anachronisms
- When Doug is driving to look for a job, the cars seen around him are not those of the 1994-1995 period in which he is dating Carrie.
