Deconstructing Carrie is the 15th episode of Season 7 of The King of Queens, also the 164th overall episode in the series. Written by Michelle Nader, the episode, directed by Rob Schiller, first aired on CBS-TV on March 2, 2005.
Synopsis[]
Carrie's 35th birthday is coming up, and so, she begins to worry about how she looks as she gets older. To cheer her up, Doug gets some construction workers to ogle at and yell filthy things at her.

Carrie turns 35 which is problematic for everybody. Arthur hasn't got any money to buy her a gift. When Holly suggests to make a collage of photos, it turns out there aren't any photos of Arthur and Carrie together. Carrie meanwhile feels old and Doug has to deal with her crankiness. When she tells him the construction workers in the street don't even call her after Doug gets an idea to make her feel young again.[]
