Do Rico was the premiere episode of Season 3 of The King of Queens, also the 51st overall episode in the series. co-written by Cathy Yuspa and Josh Goldsmith, the episode first aired on CBS-TV on October 2, 2000.
Synopsis[]
When Doug does the voice of a new co-worker, he feels that Carrie will only listen to him if he does the voice. Doug now wonders if Carrie is still attracted to him.
Storyline[]
Doug's imitation of his new Hispanic co-worker, Rico. He later becomes jealous of Rico when he realizes that Carrie seems more responsive to him when he imitates Rico. Meanwhile. Arthur tries to chronicle his own life story. Leah Remini's real-life husband, Angelo Pagan, guest stars as Rico.

- Continuity
- When Sanjib the delivery boy first ask Arthur for payment of his food order, he says the total is $14.82. Later when they come back to the scene, the food order changes to $13.28.
- Errors in Geography
- When Doug and Rico are playing basketball, Carrie drives her car up to the curb. In the shot looking over Carrie's car while Doug and Carrie are talking, the top of a palm tree is visible just above one of the roofs. During the shot, Doug's head sometimes blocks the view of the tree.
