Paint Misbehavin' was the 14th episode of Season 3 of The King of Queens, also the 64th overall episode in the series. Written by Tony Sheehan, the episode, directed by Rob Schiller, was first aired on CBS-TV on February 5, 2001.

Synopsis[]

Doug becomes jealous when Carrie makes the mistake of telling him she finds Deacon attractive; The gang go paintballing to celebrate Deacon's birthday, which turns into a war of jealousy.

Storyline[]

After Carrie tells Doug that it's okay for him to find other women attractive, he asks her to tell him which men she finds attractive. Among others, she says she finds Deacon good looking, which causes Doug to become jealous. Doug complains about it to Deacon, who brags about it to his wife, Kelly. Deacon's paintball birthday party turns into a jealous war.

Goofs[]

Continuity
  • In the garage scene there are actually 2 beer bottle goofs. When Danny walks toward the guys from refrigerator he puts his bottle down on end table and in a split second he is holding it again. Also in the same scene, Deacon is listening to Richie talk about throwing one Doug's sister's way and his bottle goes from the left hand to the right hand with no motion.
Crew or equipment visible
  • Just after Richie and Stephanie have sex in the "bunker" on the course, he is asking her if she will call him. Just above him to the right is another structure and you can see what appears to be a crew or cast member in a blue jacket watching through the cracks of the wall.
