Parent Trapped was the fourth episode of Season 2 of The King of Queens, also the 29th overall series episode. Written by David Bickel, the episode, which was directed by Rob Schiller, originally aired on CBS-TV on October 11, 1999.
Synopsis[]
The Palmers ask Doug and Carrie to be the godparents of their baby; Arthur runs into trouble at the pretzel store when he is put in charge.
Storyline[]
Deacon and Kelly ask Doug and Carrie to be the godparents of their two children, Kirby and Mayor. Doug instantly says yes, while Carrie thinks this might not be such a good idea. Meanwhile, Arthur's boss has to go away for a few days and puts Arthur in charge of the pretzel shop.
