Sandwiched Out was the fifth episode of Season 8 of The King of Queens, also the 176th overall episode of the series. co-written by Nick Bakay and David Bickel, the episode, directed by Rob Schiller, was first aired on CBS-TV on October 17, 2005.

Synopsis[]

A sandwich named for Deacon at Cooper's ruffles Doug's feathers. Meanwhile, Carrie schemes to prevent Holly from moving to Manhattan.

Synopsis[]

Deacon gets a sandwich named after him at Cooper's, infuriating Doug. Holly (Nicole Sullivan) announces she is moving away with her boyfriend, but Carrie is not fond of the idea and Arthur cannot seem to say good-bye.

Holly announces that she is moving to Manhattan with a boyfriend and won't be able to walk Arthur any longer. But Carrie begins to make Holly question on the big move. Deacon gets a sandwich named after himself at his and Doug's hangout because he made a combo of food that later became popular. Doug notices that he was actually the one that created the sandwich.
