Secret Garden was the seventh episode of Season 6 of The King of Queens, also the 132nd overall episode of the series. Written by Chris Downey, the episode, which was directed by Rob Schiller, was first aired on CBS-TV on November 12, 2003.
Synopsis[]
Danny becomes the landscaper for Carrie's new gynecologist, Dr. Crawford (Judge Reinhold), which turns out to be trouble when he overcharges the doctor for the work.
Storyline[]
Doug wants to get a new grill while Carrie goes to a very pleasant gynecologist (special guest star Judge Reinhold) who finds out that her husbands cousin Danny is doing garden work, so Carrie tells him to give Danny a call. But the only problem is that Danny decides to overprice him and Carrie is worried that she will never get an appointment again.

- (At around 15:00) When the grill bursts into flames and frightens Doug, he yells "yuspa". Cathy Yuspa is an executive producer for The King of Queens.
- Danny calls the apple tree he gives Doug and Carrie,a "Prunus persica", which in fact is a peach tree.

- At the very end, when Doug, Carrie, Deacon and Kelly are in Dr. Crawford's backyard, Doug finds out Crawford has the same grill he wants, with a New England Patriots logo that he sears into his meat of choice, which makes him angry. While it makes sense that Doug would be upset at that, seeing as how he's a New York Jets fan, in the season 2 episode "Female Problems," he didn't seem to have a problem with Carrie buying a green/black dress that matched the colors of the Boston Celtics, a team from the same region as the Patriots.
