Single Spaced was the 11th episode of Season 9 of The King of Queens, also the 205th overall series episode. Prepared for TV as a teleplay co-written by David Bickel and Chris Downey from a story enned by Ilana Wernick, the episode, which was directed by Rob Schiller, originally aired on CBS-TV on May 7, 2007.
Synopsis[]
Carrie moves to Manhattan but Doug refuses to leave the house in Queens. Ultimately they find the one thing that will keep them together--or so it seems.
Storyline[]
Doug and Carrie consider adopting a baby after they get marriage counseling from their priest and run into friends who recently had a child. But, while Doug holds up his end of the bargain and gets a new job, Carrie secretly keeps the apartment.
