Tim Sacksky is one of the minor supporting characters on The King of Queens. He is one of the Heffernans crazy neighbors from Seasons 1-3. Tim, who works in marketing then in a later episode as a water purifier salesman, attempts to recruit Doug to sell them as well; a rather, annoying sort, Tim also gets Doug involved in a money-making pyramid scheme when Tim starts convincing him on how much of a great idea it is. In the episode titled Swim Neighbors, Tim and his wife Dorothy (played by Dee Dee Rescher) construct a pool, that further disrupts Doug and Carrie's privacy.
